School Atlas publishes factual international-school directory data and public job listings with source attribution. School and vacancy information can change, so users should check the original school website or vacancy source before making decisions.
Teacher candidates may submit private contact details, professional information, CVs, recognized credential details, and senior-leader references. These records are visible only to authorized School Atlas administrators and are not publicly browsable.
By submitting references, teachers confirm that School Atlas may contact those people for legitimate recruitment follow-up. References are not contacted automatically and are never published.
Schools may submit private recruitment or premium-ad inquiries. School Atlas may contact candidates and schools to discuss appropriate opportunities, recruitment support, or advertising, but no placement is guaranteed.
We do not sell personal information submitted through these private forms.
Teacher review data
Teacher reviewers provide a private email address, self-declared current/former teacher context, optional broad experience period and disclosure, category ratings, and written review text. We use the email to verify inbox access, manage the submission, prevent duplicate votes per email identity and school, and communicate moderation outcomes. Email verification does not prove employment or factual accuracy.
Public review pages display only approved review text, an anonymous label, publication date, optional employment context chosen by the author, eligible aggregate ratings, and approved official school responses. They do not display reviewer names or emails. Schools do not receive reviewer identities, drafts, or moderator notes through the review system. Distinctive content may still allow others to infer who wrote it, so anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
Review identities, verification tokens, drafts, revision history, disclosures, reports, and moderation records are restricted to authorised administration. Tokens are stored as hashes and expire. Transactional email is delivered through the configured email provider; application and database hosting providers also process data needed to operate the service.
Authors can withdraw a published review. School Atlas may retain limited private revision and audit information needed for moderation integrity, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests are assessed against those needs rather than an automatic deletion schedule.
